Since 1960, they’ve supported well over 22,000 civil, municipal and environmental engineering projects. Along with their local partners, Moore Engineering has proudly served dozens of communities across the Midwest.

We hold quarterly, all company meetings providing transparent communication regarding goals and strategy. We also do virtual stand-up style meetings called “20 Great Minutes” where we gather as an organization every other week to build community and share great content about various topics such as projects, personal fun facts and to celebrate milestones.
We offer flexible schedules and remote work policies which allow for work-life balance. We believe a workplace should be fun, supportive, energizing, productive and results-driven. These attributes flow from being an employee-owned ESOP company.

We are investing in new software solutions (CRM and HRIS) to support our employees’ success so they can do their best work, creating more opportunities to make an impact and contribute to our company goals.
What is an interesting fact about Moore Engineering?
We get involved in the communities we serve. Often, you can find our employee-owners participating in Meals on Wheels, Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army, in local parades or sponsoring an impactful event.
