All Chapter providers come to the company with strong medical backgrounds. Once they join, new employees go through 8-12 weeks of hands-on medical aesthetic training at Chapter University in Fargo, ND—where Chapter Aesthetic Studio was founded. This best-in-class training is unmatched in the aesthetics industry. The curriculum was developed by Dr. Benjamin Wood, chief medical officer and board-certified plastic surgeon, as well as other top providers at the company who have decades of real experience supporting guests through their aesthetic journeys. Chapter leaders believe in consistency, mentorship and providing the best possible service to all guests. This rigorous curriculum was designed to ensure every guest receives the same excellent level of care in all locations across the country.
