Somewhere between meditation and exercise, yoga is a relaxing activity with tons of benefits. What could make it even better? Giving back to the community at the same time! Try it out at Yoga in the Park, hosted by the Fargo Organization Giving through Asana, a movement to help local causes. Classes will be held every Wednesday throughout the summer, with free will donations ($5 minimum suggested) and 100% of proceeds going to local charities.
