The Rough Rider Ink & Iron Expo is Fargo-Moorhead’s premier three-day event and celebration of the artistry of ink and iron. In its second year, the RoughRider Ink & Iron Expo brings together the region’s top tattoo and body modification artists to cultivate, showcase and develop their skill set in an extensive array of tattoo schools. In year two, the expo is excited to bring an additional element of custom motorcycles to the exhibit which have been hand selected by a committee of the regions top enthusiasts.

The RoughRider Ink & Iron Expo seeks to provide education, recognition and empowerment of the original canvas while celebrating the incredible artistry of today’s ever-growing industry in conjunction with Dead Rockstar and No Coast Tattoo.

One goal for adding the custom motorcycle portion of this year’s event is to cultivate and showcase hand built motorcycles from the upper Midwest. This show will feature 50+ motorcycles built by fabricators at all levels- whether it be a vintage restoration, café, brat or tracker, purpose built racer, chopper or bar hopper. Rough Rider Ink and Iron will bring together a variety of motorcycle builders, fans and riders with a shared passion to build all winter and ride all summer.

Another highlight to this year’s festival will be a painted helmet gallery courtesy of Bitwell. The locally-designed helmets will be available via a silent auction whereas all proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish North Dakota.
