What is OTY?
The Chamber’s Operation Thank You has one mission: to say thank YOU to our members! This special event allows us to share with our membership new information and materials. This is our biggest ambassador-driven event of the year, and volunteers will be stopping by all member businesses on January 20 and 21to deliver new packets with our 2016 Metro Profile & Directory, new window clings, flyers and more. Our volunteers love the opportunity to personally thank each of our businesses while bringing new Chamber info to their doors. It’s just one way we try to give back!
We’d love to have you join us in the fun! If you are a Chamber member, please consider volunteering and joining us to help us to say “thank you” to all our members.
Stuffing Party
Wednesday, January 20 | 10 a.m. to Noon
Hjemkomst Center, 202 First Avenue North, Moorhead
Operation Thank You kicks off with a stuffing party to assemble the more than 2,100 membership packets with new and important information. The best part is that if you help with stuffing the packets, you can select the organizations you would like to personally deliver to that day. Or, just help assemble the packets! Packet Pick-Up
Wednesday, January 20 | 1 to 4 p.m.
Hjemkomst Center, 202 First Avenue North, Moorhead
Help us kick off packet delivery to our member businesses! Volunteers, stop by during this time to pick up your packets and get your route before hitting the road. Join us as we hit the streets on the afternoon of January 21 and all day on January 22 to personally hand-deliver all of the 2,100 membership packets. This part plays an integral role in demonstrating gratitude to members as we travel around the area.

Celebration Finale

Operation Thank You wouldn’t be complete without a party to celebrate your successful day of connections and camaraderie. Join us for some delectable treats as you share your experiences from the day and possibly win a prize! Must be present to win.
