The Fargo-Moorhead, ND #246 chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction’s (NAWIC) will host the 37th Annual Construction Industry Auction on Thursday, November 19th at the Holiday Inn, Fargo. This is a live auction and items to be auctioned include No-sew fleece blankets, fudge, jewelry, wine basket, Thanksgiving Dinner basket, large Jenga sets and much more.

The Fargo-Moorhead, ND Chapter #246 of NAWIC in its goal to promote education and support the future workers of the construction industry offers programs for all ages through our Chapter’s “Construction Education Programs”. K-12 programs included are: “Block Kids Competition” for first through sixth graders, “CAD/Design Drafting Competition” for ninth through senior, and “Scholarships” to local male and female students pursuing an education in a construction related. For the adults, we offer monthly membership meetings that cover the many different aspects of the industry through speakers, tours and networking as well as a variety of opportunities for professional development to gain leadership skills and serve as a leader in various capacities.
