With what Rolling Stone described as a “soul marinated voice,” Martin Sexton has been a major player in rock and roll/soul/folk/americana music in the past few years. His latest album ties together songs on the theme of a good, old-fashioned road trip mix tape (or playlist depending on what generation you’re from).

At his Nov. 10 concert in Fargo, Sexton will play songs from “Mix Tape of the Open Road,” as well as some of his older tunes.

Tickets go on sale June 12 for $25 or will be available at the door for $29.
