Event Details

Wednesday, January 13 | 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Holiday Inn Fargo

Last year Merriam Webster’s dictionary stated that “culture” was the most popular word of the year. Now it has become one of the most important words in corporate board rooms, and for good reason. We have a retention crisis. New Dale Carnegie Training research shows that culture, engagement and employee retention are now the top talent challenges facing business leaders. More than half business leaders rate this issue “urgent” – up from only around 20% last year.

Tonya Stende, Dale Carnegie Business of NDJoin us for an interactive discussion with area leaders who are placing an emphasis on culture and the business results they’re seeing. Tonya Stende, chief engagement officer at Dale Carnegie Business Group of ND, will help attendees define culture and what it means for their organization, as well as understand the connection between an individual’s actions and organizational culture. You’ll be able to identify steps you can take to be the chief culture officer of your organization by living your business values daily.
