The Hot Club of Cow Town started in Austin, Texas, in the late 1990s, and since then their energetic and mesmerizing live shows have led to a passionate following for hot jazz and western swing music. The mix of down-home melodies with virtuosic technique, improvisation and three-part vocal harmonies makes for a kind of musical joy like no other. The group plays regularly at the legendary Continental Club in Austin, and tours all over the world. Its members have been musical ambassadors for the U.S. State Department, played Lincoln Center and been inducted into the Texas Western Swing Hall of Fame.
