Lita Ford is considered one of the most important females of the rock genre. She is a founding member of the Runaways, one of the first girl groups who unexpectedly broke down barriers in the punk era. Following the demise of the Runaways, Ford concentrated on her own career, achieving numerous hits including the chart-topping duet with Ozzy Osbourne “Close Your Eyes Forever,” “What Do You Know About Love,” “Shot of Poison,” “Larger Than Life” and “Kiss Me Deadly.”

Rolling Stone called LA-rockers Dorothy “a band you need to know” and named them #14 on their 50 Best New Artists of 2014. With tracks like “After Midnight,” “Wicked Ones,” “Raise Hell” and “Gun in My Hand” Dorothy’s blues-rock sounds have comparisons to Black Sabbath and The White Stripes.
