Prairie Roots Food Co-op and Concordia College are hosting the 6^th Annual 100-Mile Thanksgiving Market on Tuesday, November 25^th in Concordia College’s Knutson Campus Center from 3:00 – 6:30 pm. Available for purchase will be a wide variety of seasonal and organically grown foods including:

• organic lefse, with warm samples fresh off the griddle
• fresh apple cider
• pumpkins
• potatoes
• squash and root vegetables
• pure and unheated honey
• breads and baked goods
• freshly roasted coffee.
