The Fargo Moorhead Visual Artists and the Moorhead Center Mall are hosting the annual FMVA Holiday Art Sale. Twenty local artists will exhibit and sell their work at the event at the Moorhead Center Mall on Saturday Nov. 14 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 15 12 to 5 p.m.
FMVA member and Fargo glassblower Jon Offutt said the organization hosts many exhibitions throughout the year, including the Studio Crawl and The Big Art Show at the Hjemkomst, but usually the mission is education, not sales. “The success of last year’s holiday sale event, along with the positive feedback we got from both the public and the participating artists, led us to make this an annual event.”

The FMVA is a volunteer organization of over 200 area visual artists and art supporters. The group hosts exhibitions, socials, visual talks and critiques to promote and encourage artists and the visual arts in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
