Do you have a student between the ages of 4 – 18 who is interested in horses, but has never really been around them? Or is interested and learning more about them?  Why not have your student join the eQUESTrian Club!

The eQUESTrian Club is designed for students between the ages of 4 and 18 who enjoy horses. Participants will learn about horse history, horse breeds, different markings and colors, general care of tack and horses, barn care, and much more.  Guest speakers will discuss topics such as hoof/shoe care, race horses, and showmanship.  Tours will include Western Pleasure Appaloosa breeding facility (newborn babies (foals) will be there when we go!); roping/working ranch facility, and Casselton vet clinic specializing in equine, just to name a few! Each class will include a small snack and crafts for the younger students and activities for the older ones.

Classes will be held in the Moorhead Center Mall conference room (details to follow).
* Pre-K & K meets Dec. 3rd & 17th, Jan. 14th & 28th, Feb. 11th & 25th from 5:00- 5:50 pm
*1st- 3rd Grade meets Dec. 10th, Jan. 7th & 21st, Feb. 4th & 18th, March 4th from 5:00- 5:50 pm
*4th- 6th Grade meets Dec. 10th, Jan. 7th & 21st, Feb. 4th & 18th, March 4th from 6:00- 7:00 pm
*7th- 12th Grade meets Dec. 3rd & 17th, Jan. 14th & 28th, Feb. 11th & 25th from 6:00- 7:00 pm

Pricing is $66.00 per child if registered prior to November 20th.  If registered after November 20th the price is $80.00 per child. Pricing includes six classes, a t-shirt, book and snack for each child.  A separate sign up will be available for tours as space is limited.  Each tour price will range from $2-5 per student.
