Event Details

The Ugly Food of the North is excited to announce a community conversation surrounding the role of chefs in the sustainable food movement. Topics will include everything from sourcing locally to reducing food waste.

Local Chef experts on hand include:
Andrea Baumgardner, chef/co-owner, Green Market and co-owner, Bernbaums
Brian Diumenti, executive chef – The Hotel Donaldson
Emily Swedberg, owner/operator – Lucid Bakery

There will also be an informal social hour and local food tasting at The Hotel Donaldson to follow.
