Fargo Mayor Tim Mahoney will hold a Small Business Saturday “Coffee Kickoff” event and news conference on Thursday, Nov. 19 at 9 a.m. At the event, small business owners will talk about their experiences in operating retail and restaurant startups and the importance of shopping local on Small Business Saturday this Nov. 26th.
