The 7th Biennial Canstruction competition is held at West Acres Mall. Canstruction is a national charity that helps in the fight against hunger through events that build giant sculptures out of canned food and at the end of the event the canned food is donated to local hunger relief organizations. Our event here in Fargo helps benefit the Great Plains Food Bank. The sculptures will be on display Sunday, October 18th – Sunday, October 25th at West Acres Mall and mall goers will have an opportunity to cast their ballot for the “People’s Choice ” award.
