The 31st Annual Red River Basin Land & Water International Summit Conference to be held at the Ramada Plaza Suites & Convention Center in Fargo, North Dakota, January 14-16, 2013.

Payment price is set up in United States currency but they will allow Canadian credit cards to be processed. The price charged on the card will be at the current exchange rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY for credit card transactions:  In the event you have to cancel a registration paid by credit card the RRBC will provide a refund for the price of the registration.  We are unable to refund the credit card service fees.
