Co-Sales Leader Lindsay Olson was caught in a bit of a predicament. She was avidly exercising and aiming to accomplish her health and fitness goals. Yet, she was still feeling uneasy early on in the process. While she was giving 100 percent in the gym, she still felt less than that. Little did she know that she was missing a vital part of health success: a proper diet.

The constant exercise is one of the most important pieces to fitness success, but it not the whole story. Diet and nutrition have long been considered the “gasoline” to your body (the “car” in this analogy). Without any fuel, there is no momentum forward or backward, it only keeps you stationery.

Lindsay Olson found out rather quickly that fuel was vital to her health and wellness.

I found that in order to perform at the highest level I need to fuel my body properly, and it has completely changed my fitness journey.

“I was putting in the work in the gym, but still didn’t feel 100 percent. I had low energy and physically didn’t have it at the gym some days,” she said. “This led me down the nutrition path where I found that in order to perform at the highest level I need to fuel my body properly, and it has completely changed my fitness journey.”

Now, rather than remaining stationery in her fitness journey, Lindsay Olson is full steam ahead with the right fuel supplementing her. Her desire to learn more about nutrition is a quality shared by all at SCHEELS. Constantly evolving and always learning allows Olson and SCHEELS to thrive in a multitude of different ways.
