2. Dry Cider
ABV: 7%
Due to open this fall, Wild Terra will be changing things up in the local craft brewing scene and making house-made ciders and kombucha. This dry cider, which has yet to be named officially, can be described as “off dry.” It’s not completely bone dry, but it’s got some residual sweetness and apple character left in the aroma and flavor. It’s crisp, carbonated and fruit-forward without being sticky sweet. Keep your eyes out for infused flavors of this cider in the future.

3. Broiled Lamb Chops
The presentation of this dish alone is enough to draw anyone in and make mouths water, but the flavor it packs is just as impressive. Glazed in a white bean and raspberry ragout, this fine cut of meat is served with roasted baby potatoes and vegetables du jour. Need a good wine pairing? Try it with a glass of Merlot.

Colorful tortilla chips are stacked and loaded with pulled pork, melted cheddar jack cheese, tomatoes, black olives, jalapeños and showered with Hooligans’ speciality Hot Hickory Gold sauce. Make plans to devour these nachos with your fan friends, because they’re only available on football game days (Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday).
